Sand Castings & Molding
We have two sand processes, Green and No-Bake sand, to meet our customers' requirements with maximum cost effectiveness. We handle both large and small castings, and we can typically engineer castings that other foundries find too difficult.
We can pour castings up to 2000 lbs.
Centrifugal Castings & Machining
Centrifugally produced castings have certain advantages over static castings. Spinning molds force the molten metal to the outer area, and as it solidifies from the outside in, a casting with dense, close grain structure is created. This offers a product with superior strength and physical properties. Other advantages include machined surfaces and closer to net shape.
We can create and machine centrifugal castings up to 60 inches in diameter with a maximum weight of 2000 lbs.
